"Running a private practice simplified"
Simple Practice really takes the hassle out of managing a therapy practice. Submitting claims for billing is usually just a click away. Customizable notes help make documentation a breeze. Plus, the reminders help me stay organized.

"Fantastic Value with Simple Practice!"
I really appreciate the ability to charge clients' credit cards through Stripe. It's super straightforward! Plus, I absolutely adore the professional-looking website. It’s visually appealing, efficient, and user-friendly for potential clients. Setting it up was a breeze, and I’m not exactly a tech whiz. The calendar feature helps me stay organized and is really easy to navigate. Assessments, treatment plans, and notes are also well-structured and simple to manage. The tutorial videos are quite useful, and there’s a ton of written guidance to keep me in the loop. The telehealth service operates smoothly and is user-friendly. I've begun using the automatic billing for one insurance provider and might consider adding more as my counseling practice expands. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because Simple Practice lacks a support team I can reach out to for personalized assistance whenever I need it. I’ve sent emails and received replies, but sometimes I face urgent issues that require quicker responses. All in all, though, the cost of Simple Practice is truly a steal!

"Simple Practice is Awesome!"
Since the start of the pandemic, I've been using Simple Practice. I made the switch to this platform after spending a few months with Theranest.

What I appreciate about Simple Practice is how handy its features are. The video and telehealth quality is crystal clear, which I really enjoy. Plus, the reminders sent to clients about their upcoming appointments are super helpful.

"Using Simple Practice for 4 Months"
I've been using Simple Practice for about four months now, and I think it's pretty straightforward and user-friendly. What I really love is the client portal and how simple it is to create and send forms to my clients. They offer a ton of resources to help answer your questions, so I haven't even needed to contact customer support; I've just been checking out the articles and videos. I only handle a couple of insurances right now, so I've just started the billing process, but it seems easy once you get set up with each insurance company. The only downside I've run into so far is the enrollment for each insurer. It can be a bit tricky and often requires a few tweaks before it finally gets accepted.

"Challenges with Patient Billing"
I've been using Simple Practice for a few years now, but I only started handling insurance claims and patient billing last June. The invoicing for patients is super confusing. I can never tell if the balance on a patient’s account is accurate. Managing all the various invoices is a real hassle. I’ve heard that others are struggling with this as well. It seems like customer service has declined as the company has expanded.

"Using SimplePractice is a breeze"
SimplePractice comes packed with features, which can sometimes be a bit much. I mainly use it for HIPAA-compliant video services and a website. The one downside I gotta mention is the cost of the service. I operate a tiny private practice on the side, and $70 a month seems a bit steep.

I should also point out that I’m writing this review because they offered me a $50 credit for their service in exchange.

"The platform's features really simplify my work..."
The functionalities available truly make my work a whole lot easier. This covers onboarding new employees, saving time in general, and offering oversight. I do wish I could connect with my supervisees via the platform, and there appears to be a glitch with the insurance coverage report for Anthem. However, aside from that, I'm pretty happy with the platform.

"My Go-To EHR: SimplePractice"
Using SimplePractice is a breeze for scheduling appointments, jotting down notes, conducting assessments, and handling everything else a clinician needs from an electronic health record system. Since September, it’s been my sole billing platform. It took roughly four months to get all the insurance providers set up, but now it’s running smoothly. I wholeheartedly suggest SimplePractice as the top EHR available.

"Simple Practice is a great choice for myofunctional therapists"
I’m really happy that Airway Circle and Tamara Thomas suggested Simple Practice to me. Since I kicked off my Myofunctional therapy business in August, this tool has been a game changer. It’s simplified everything, from making charts to scheduling, processing payments, and sending reminders to patients about their appointments. Honestly, it’s made my life a whole lot easier.

"Ideal tool for solo practitioners"
This tool is super easy to use. As someone running a private practice solo, the price is just right for launching a business. It's a breeze to handle payments, schedule appointments, jot down notes, and keep everything organized!

"Overall, this EHR software is worth the investment..."
This EHR software is definitely worth the investment, though it might be a tad expensive. Having all the elements of managing a private practice in one place is super convenient. The scheduling feature is user-friendly and not too hard to navigate. However, billing can get pretty tricky, especially if you deal with insurance a lot. I think the documentation interface is somewhat complex, but since I’ve only been using it for a month or two, I’m optimistic it’ll get simpler with time.

"Easy to Use, Yet a Bit Tricky"
Easy to Use is an EHR system that helps me manage my private practice. It comes with a bunch of optional features, including a telehealth platform. I just started using it a month or two back, and I think it's pretty user-friendly, though the billing section is a bit of a head-scratcher for me. The scheduling tool is super easy to navigate, but I find the records section takes a bit longer to get the hang of. All in all, it’s a good deal, and the videos and other learning materials are especially useful for getting to grips with the software.
